Barren, stony hillside terraces facing south-east at around 700 m above sea level provide ideal conditions for good wine.
Plenty of sun, cool nights and little rain mean that our Sauvignon and Merlot grapes ripen in the best possible way.
Because of this there is no need for later physical / chemical treatments often used. Selected by hand, only the best quality grapes are processed.
